The drive aisle around the front corner of the Office Building was cut off, eliminating Driveway Access to 50 Parking Spaces next to the Office Building.
20 more Parking Spaces were lost in the Take Areas
After the taking, only 14 parking spaces remain, which is inadequate for anycommercialuse of the existing buildings.
In addition to the damages to the Office/Warehouse property, the adjacent retail strip center incurred damages from elimination of driveway access, increased internal circuity, and loss of parking.
